Terms for website plans
These terms apply when a business buys a website plan from iDezign ([not set: IDZ_BRAND_ENTITY]). They're written to be read.
1. What we provide
We design and build your website, host it on our platform, make changes as your plan allows, and send you a monthly report. The plan you choose at checkout sets the number of pages and how quickly changes are made.
2. Fees
You pay a one-off setup fee and a monthly fee, in advance, at the prices shown when you check out. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to the monthly fee.
3. Things you pay for directly
Your domain, business email, booking tools, payment processing and any other third-party service are bought by you, in your name, and paid for directly. We never buy them on your behalf.
4. Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the logo, photos and text you send us, and that the facts you give us about your business are true. We don't add claims you haven't given us, such as years trading, accreditations, insurance or guarantees. You approve the site before it goes live.
5. Changes
Small changes, such as text, prices, photos and opening hours, are included as your plan sets out. Larger work, such as new features or redesigns, is quoted first and only started once you agree.
6. Ownership
Your domain and your content are always yours. After 12 paid months the files that make up your site are yours too; before that you can buy them out for £299. Our templates, tools and software remain ours.
7. Cancelling
There is no minimum term. Cancel with 30 days' notice and the service ends at the end of that period. If you change your mind within 14 days of first paying, we refund you in full. If a payment fails and isn't made up within 14 days, we may pause the site until it is.
8. Availability
We aim to keep your site available at all times and fix problems quickly, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
10. Data protection
Messages sent through your site's enquiry form belong to you. We handle them on your behalf under our data processing terms, which form part of these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we use information about you.
11. Law
The governing law and courts for these terms are to be confirmed before these terms come into force.
